Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1
- NJP / Bagdogra to Darjeeling Transfer & Leisure
- Travel Time: Approx. 3–4 hours (75 km)
- On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative.
- Drive through scenic tea gardens and mountain landscapes to reach Darjeeling, the “Queen of Hills.”
- Check-in at the hotel and freshen up.
- Evening: Leisure time to explore Mall Road, Chowrasta, and local cafés.
- Overnight Stay: Darjeeling
Day 2
- Darjeeling Full-Day Sightseeing
- Early Morning (4:00 AM): Visit Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
- On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop (War Memorial).
- After Breakfast:
- Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI)
- Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park
- Tenzing Rock & Tibetan Refugee Centre
- Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda
- Darjeeling Ropeway (Cable Car Ride – optional)
- Evening: Return to hotel or enjoy shopping at local markets.
- Overnight Stay: Darjeeling
Day 3
- Darjeeling to Gangtok Transfer & Evening Leisure
- Travel Time: Approx. 4–5 hours (110 km)
- After breakfast, check out and drive to Gangtok, the vibrant capital of Sikkim.
- On arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax.
- Evening: Free to stroll along MG Marg, enjoy local food, or shop for souvenirs.
- Overnight Stay: Gangtok
Day 4
- Excursion to Changu Lake & Baba Mandir (Optional Nathula Pass)
- Altitude: 12,400 ft
- Travel Time: Approx. 6–7 hours (round trip)
- After early breakfast, start for an excursion to:
- Tsomgo (Changu) Lake – a glacial lake known for its serene beauty.
- Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir – a revered memorial dedicated to an Indian Army soldier.
- Optional (Extra ₹4000 per vehicle): Visit Nathula Pass (Indo-China border, subject to permit and weather).
- Return to Gangtok by evening.
- Overnight Stay: Gangtok
Day 5
- Excursion to Namchi & Ravangla – Return to Gangtok
- After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to South Sikkim:
- Namchi: Visit the Char Dham, Samdruptse Statue, and enjoy panoramic Himalayan views.
- Ravangla: Visit Buddha Park (Tathagata Tsal) featuring a magnificent 130-ft Buddha statue.
- Return to Gangtok by evening.
- Overnight Stay: Gangtok
Day 6
- Gangtok to NJP / Bagdogra Drop
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
