Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrival at NJP / Bagdogra – Transfer to Gangtok (Approx. 4 hrs)
- Arrive at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport and meet your tour representative.
- Enjoy a scenic drive to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim, passing lush green valleys and the Teesta River.
- On arrival, check in to the hotel.
- In the evening, explore MG Marg, Gangtok’s vibrant market street with shops, cafés, and local handicrafts.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2
- Gangtok to Lachung (Approx. 6 hrs)
- After breakfast, drive to Lachung, a serene mountain village in North Sikkim. En route, stop at Singhik View Point, Seven Sisters Waterfalls, and Naga Waterfall for photo opportunities.
- Witness the pristine landscapes of rivers, forests, and snow-capped peaks.
- On arrival, check in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 3
- Lachung – Excursion to Yumthang Valley, Zero Point & Katao
- After breakfast, take a full-day excursion to Yumthang Valley (Valley of Flowers), famous for its alpine flowers and snow-clad peaks.
- Visit Zero Point, the end of the road with snowfields and spectacular mountain views (additional cost).
- Proceed to Katao, known for panoramic Himalayan vistas.
- Return to Lachung for overnight stay.
Day 4
- Lachung to Gangtok (Approx. 6 hrs)
- After breakfast, drive back to Gangtok via Chungthang and Sankalang.
- Enjoy scenic stops along the way and capture the natural beauty of North Sikkim.
- On arrival, check in to your hotel.
- Evening free for leisure or shopping at local markets.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 5
- Gangtok to Zuluk via Changu Lake, Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass (Silk Route Tour)
- After breakfast, depart for Zuluk, traveling along the historic Silk Route.
- Visit Changu Lake (Tsomgo Lake), a glacial lake surrounded by mountains.
- Stop at Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a revered shrine dedicated to an Indian Army soldier.
- Continue to Nathula Pass, the Indo-China border point (subject to permit and weather).
- On arrival in Zuluk, check in to your hotel.
- Overnight stay at Zuluk.
Day 6
- Zuluk Sightseeing and Transfer to Gangtok
- Early morning, visit Thambi View Point to watch the sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
- Explore the winding Zigzag Roads of the old Silk Route for photo opportunities.
- After breakfast, drive back to Gangtok, enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the eastern Himalayas.
- Check in to the hotel and relax.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 7
- Gangtok to Pelling via Namchi
- After breakfast, drive to Pelling, passing through Namchi and Ravangla.
- En route, visit Char Dham, Samdruptse Hill, and the giant Buddha Park at Ravangla.
- Arrive in Pelling and check in to your hotel.
- Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 8
- Pelling Full-Day Sightseeing
- After breakfast, explore Pelling’s local attractions:
- Pemayangtse Monastery, one of Sikkim’s oldest and most revered monasteries.
- Khecheopalri Lake, a sacred wish-fulfilling lake surrounded by lush forests.
- Rimbi and Kanchenjunga Waterfalls, scenic waterfalls nestled in nature.
- Sky Walk and Chenrezig Statue, offering panoramic views of the Himalayas.
- Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 9
- Pelling to NJP / Bagdogra Drop (Approx. 5 hrs)
- After breakfast, check out and drive to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
- En route, enjoy scenic views of mountains, rivers, and tea gardens.
- End of the memorable Sikkim tour.
